Who we are

Who we are

We are the charity making life fully inclusive for deaf people and those with hearing loss or tinnitus.

Together, we campaign for an inclusive society. We connect people to practical advice and pioneer new treatments for hearing loss and tinnitus.

Our values

Our values are at the heart of RNID. They guide how we work and communicate, internally and externally. They help us make the biggest impact in the best way possible. And they mean we can always be proud to be ourselves.

  • Connected – We’re naturally collaborative with colleagues and partners, and deeply connected to our communities.
  • Curious – We’re innovative, outward looking and open-minded in everything we do.
  • Insightful – We’re grounded in evidence and insight, meaning we’re confident in who we are and what we do.
  • Passionate – We’re passionate about our purpose, and dynamic and ambitious about making change happen.
