Making the invisible, visible

Everyone’s tinnitus is different. To mark Tinnitus Week 2026, we’re making the invisible, visible. Dougie, Caris and Charlotte took to a painting studio to show what their tinnitus looks like. They shared their stories of living with tinnitus, and how they’ve found help through RNID.

The RNID guide has transparent information and advice about tinnitus and how to get relief. It isn’t just for people with tinnitus – it’s for anyone who wants to understand what people with tinnitus are going through.”
